The site is a classic, unspoiled tropical beach section, located on a peninsula with white sand beaches on both the east and west side of the house. Tropical plants include many colourful flowers and foliage, fruit tees [mango, paw paw, banana, lemons, limes, oranges] and a variety of palms and coconut trees. Trade winds are predominantly from the east and provide cooling breezes to the rear of the house.

The house has been fully renovated and extended circa 2008/9 by the current owners.

The house is situated on just over 2000 sqm of land. Originally built in the late 1970s it is a heavily structured external pole frame house. During the recent renovations the house was extended to accommodate four bedrooms, new kitchen / dining and living areas. A mezzanine sleeping /storage area is above the kitchen. Expansive decks accommodate outdoor dining and living.

The spacious master bedroom & ensuite was built on the north end of the property and extends out to the west with lovely views of the sea and gardens. The master bedroom is connected to the main house by a deck.

The second double bedroom and ensuite is located off the west deck. Connected to this is a single bedroom and mezzanine sleeping area.

The third double bedroom with ensuite is on the lower east side of the house.

The laundry is located below the house and contains the solar power system, batteries and water pump system.

The house is totally self-sufficient, with its own Solar power system that has been upgraded in July 2024 with new Gel Batteries and Victron Inverter , 4 x 400W solar panels were also added. The solar power system creates enough power to allow lights,TV, Fridge Freezer, chargers, stereos and all night running of fans in the bedrooms. A Yamaha generator provides back-up if needed.

A new LG Fridge Freezer and F&P Washer machine were purchased June 2024

Hot water is generated using solar panels and storage tank. Rain water is collected in two concrete tanks located under the house, approximately 30,000 litres each. There is also 5000 litre plastic water tank.

An excellent, reliable, 4G wifi connection is available through the use of a modem

A boat shed is located on the west side, close to the beach and offers plenty of storage for the boat and other required necessities of island life. There is also a well in the boat shed if required, but never used by the current owners.

Adjustable Sun Blinds have also recently been added to the main deck facing west.

The house is Not subject to any Council Rates or any other Council related fees.
